The site isn’t loading, what should I do?
So you’ve followed the instructions leading you to the website and the site isn’t loading? Well, there are a few things you can try. First, check if your device is properly connected to the internet. If you are connected to WIFI, try disconnecting and reloading the site on 4/5G or loading a different webpage to make sure your internet connection is stable. If internet connection isn’t the issue, try clearing the browsing history on your device and open the promotional page in a new tab, preferably a new private tab or new browser. This will ensure there are no other conflicting browser settings interrupting the promotion.

How do I access the Hahn Hooter  - 1 in 6 Wins Promotion?
You’ll need to scan a QR code on your game card provided by bar staff in venue on your smartphone and follow the entry instructions.

Do I need to purchase a Hahn in a venue to win any of the prizes?
Yes, there needs to be a purchase of a Hahn product from a participating venue to receive a game card and enter the promotion. 

What is a proof of Purchase?
The proof of purchase required is the unique code found on the game card for the qualifying transaction. When requested, proof of purchase must be supplied within seven (7) days.

Please note: Order confirmations are not valid proof of purchase receipts and will not be accepted. 

How many times can I enter the promotion?
You are able to enter on multiple occasions, subject to the following:

1. maximum of one (1) entry permitted per qualifying transaction;
2. limit one (1) entry permitted per person per day;
3. maximum of ten (10) entries permitted per person and
4. each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions. 
   
   

How will I receive my prizes?
Instant Prize: the instant prize winners will be notified on screen upon entry form submission, subject to verification.

Are there any special conditions to my prize?
Yes, there are special conditions for all prizes.  Please check the full Terms and Conditions in the ‘Prize Conditions’ section for this information.
